You have to figure out how to open the jewel case (without setting off the alarm) and disappear before security returns.

Terms and Conditions

We're so excited to provide this at home experience to you!

That being said, we have to go over some boring and sometimes scary stuff in order to do so...

Fees/Deposits:

Placing your booking will charge your credit card a total of $250.
$150 is the rental fee itself and is non-refundable once your order has been completed.
No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no-show
if within 1 week of your booking.
$100 of this is a refundable damage deposit that will be refunded in full within 48 hours
of returning the game if there has been no damage to the game.

Game Condition:

We will provide you everything you need to take this game home for a day of fun!
This includes the game, all clue pieces/props, and a charging cord.
All in a portable carrying case you and a friend can easily carry!
Don't worry, only you need to show up to pick up/drop off as we can help load/unload it.

You and a member of our staff will review the condition of the game prior to check out and sign off
on its condition. This will be repeated when you bring the game back.
Any damage you incur to the game will come out of your deposit.
If the damage is more than the deposit, we will keep the deposit and charge the credit card on file
for the balance of the damages.

In the unlikely event that you completely destroy the game or decide to keep it forever,
you will be charged for the replacement cost of $3,000.
(Told you some of this is scary)

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Due to the nature of scheduling at home rentals, if you cancel it's unlikely we'll be able to rebook that day.
As such the $150 rental fee is non-refundable if within 1 week of your booking.

Reschedule Policy:

We get it, things come up.
You can reschedule your booking to another available day & time if done at least 1 week before your booking.
A $50 rescheduling fee will be added to the total cost of your booking.

Late Return Policy:

If the game is not returned on time, your card on file will be charged the
standard $150 rental fee for each additional day it is not returned.
